We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to our employees. You will be responsible for resolving hardware and software issues, setting up equipment, and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues
- Set up and configure hardware and software for new employees
- Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software problems
- Perform regular maintenance and updates
- Document solutions and maintain IT inventory
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in IT support
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Understanding of networks and security protocols
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- IT certifications (CompTIA A+, MCSA, etc.) a plus
