Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services. You will be the main point of contact for key accounts and responsible for client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Understand client needs and ensure they are met
  • Provide product training and support
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
